This place is extremely filfthy!
So Much dust!!! You can even taste it! My family and i had to leave because it was causing us bad allergies! I even saw an old lady leave for the same reasons. This location really needs to do something about this!

Dropped off several toddler activity toys my granddaughter outgrew. The attendant at the drop off didn't speak and acted as though he didn't want to be there. No customer care. Goodwill?

The prices at this Goodwill location are completely unreasonable, especially considering that all the merchandise is donated. Many items are overpriced, and the employees can be very rude. There also seems to be clear favoritism — I’ve seen certain customers who run resale businesses get access to the best merchandise before it even reaches the shelves.
On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed staff removing clothing from the racks when the tag color of the week goes on sale, preventing customers from getting the half-off discount. This is unfair and deceptive.
Because of these practices, I no longer purchase clothing here. Goodwill should remember that their items are donations, and prices should reflect affordability for the community — not profit.

Doors don’t open til 9am, please change your hours. There’s a donation center in the same plaza so I think it’s silly to list your hours as 7am for donations when people will most likely just go next door to donate. People come here to shop… wasted my time driving here.
