The juice I got was MENTHOL, I don't smoke menthol, and the guy working there didn't know, or mention it. It's not written on the box/bottle or description. Immediately went back and tried to exchange it for a more familiar flavor, but he refused. If he'd informed me, or seperated the menthol, or was even aware of the product they sell, I'd never have purchased anything of that sort. Unfortunately they've lost my business because of the poor customer service policies and the knowledge of their employees. I have attached a picture of the misleading product in an effort that this doesn't happen to someone else.
