The jeweler noticed my stone was crooked, but when he went to fix it at no charge, one of the prongs broke off. He then kept my ring and fixed the prong, again at no cost to me. Unfortunately my beautiful ring was just poorly made, but they fixed it as best they could for me. I can't recommend them enough!!
