Delivery driver guy named Ricardo was very professional, delivery with a smile and enthusiastic to get my birthday delivery of delicious chocolate covered strawberries to me ššš A very delightful experience with Edible Arrangements in Bonita Springs. I highly recommend them.
- HHHazelApr 3, 20251.0I ordered a large fruit basket, a balloon bundle, and flowers with a vase. For my friend who recently had a baby to her hospital room. And only the fruit arrangement and one balloon showed up. Iām not sure how you just miss 2 out of 3 itemsā¦ā¦ I called and the staff on the phone was very nice and issued me a refund easily. But whoever works with the delivery and follow through, is clearly incompetent. And itās just embarrassing, disappointing and awkward when I ask my friends you got the flowers right and she says what flowers. They also informed me that they donāt do there own deliveringā¦ that they Uber everything. Which sounded very bizarre to me. And a recipe for disaster having to many middle men and room for error. Using a different company next time.

Then the person I planned on giving the gift to was heading out of town earlier at the last minute. I called the store, asked if they could have it ready by tomorrow (Friday). Even though it's the holidays and everyone's busy, the employees were very nice. Then they said "No problem! What time do you want to pick it up? We can have it ready any time you need!" I went to the store Friday, I arrived 20 minutes early... they had it ready, made sure it was boxed up neatly for transportation, gave me a free sample of a strawberry with chocolate... were very friendly... what more could I ask for? Will order from them again.
