  As someone who works in retail and deals with customer service on a daily basis, love the deals, hate the terrible service. Mahmuda Y, besides being annoyed with having to checkout customers when your colleague goes on his lunch break and your other colleague has to ask you if you can please help checkout the line of people waiting, I also didnt appreciate the rude tone when I was checking out considering i approached you with a friendly tone and patient demeanor. Nothing can make a person feel worse than when the treatment is unprovoked (and I would know, since I work with rude clients all the time and still respond respectfully)

  Had a great time! Camila is definitely a great addition to the team, she is very kind and I had a blast talking to her! Works fast and overall a great worker!!!

  I visited Nordstrom Rack on April 18, 2026 around 3–4 PM looking for swimsuits and beach attire. Unfortunately, the swimsuit I wanted didn’t have a price tag. At checkout, I waited over 40–50 minutes while staff tried to find the item or look it up online, but they couldn’t. I asked to speak with a manager and politely suggested that, due to the inconvenience, they could match the price with a similar item so I could still make the purchase. The manager was very rude, refused to help, and walked away without offering any solution. There was no possible outcome to complete my purchase. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

  I don't normally shop at this store, but recently I needed a few things and a friend suggested this . Well I'm glad I did... I found everything I needed. They had so many designer brands discounted. Any time can save a nickel...I'm in! The store is laid out well and the signage is good. I was looking for Black Jeans and they had a nice selection of better goods. Found a great pair of Rag & Bone Jeans, which are so hard to find discounted but I scored a pair! I was impressed with the large selection of mens clothes, shoes, handbags all at great prices. Bought a sweater online and was able to pick it up and do a little shopping while I was there.
