  Been a loyal customer of theirs since 2005. Bought my wifes engagement ring. bought my first rolex. bought other watches there. been on the “waitlist” for 3 years for a watch. what a joke. they only sell to grey market dealers dont waste your time. Go to the local jewelry stores in town you will see all the brand new rolexes for sale at the 50% markeup. where do they get those watches? ask them they will tell you the town center mayors

  Came in for a watch appraisal and saw Claudia. Was told several times to get a watch appraisal from another jewelry store despite having a Mayors purchase receipt and being willing to wait for the watch to be sent out to a different store. I've been a Mayors customer for over 27 years. I didn't expect this.

  I purchased a Rolex several months ago with the understanding that a needed link would be shipped to my home address. Since then, I have been left with a watch I still cannot wear. For months, it has essentially been nothing more than a decorative item because Mayor’s has been unable to resolve a straightforward shipping issue. Despite repeated attempts to work with them, Mayor’s has been both unwilling and unable to provide a practical solution. They have refused to send the link to an alternative address, even with my significant other’s name included, and they have also declined to provide the tracking number, despite knowing that doing so could help resolve the issue. Their stated concern seems to be that someone might intercept and steal a relatively low-value stainless steel link, yet that concern has taken precedence over actually helping a paying customer receive and use the product they purchased. At every turn, the response has been the same: inflexible internal policies with no meaningful effort to accommodate the customer. In my experience, Mayor’s has shown little interest in going above and beyond, or even doing the minimum necessary to resolve the problem. The result is months of frustration, a watch I still cannot wear, and a customer service experience that has been deeply disappointing.

  Ordered a watch link in November, they received it late March, sent my mother in law to pick it up since im out of the country for a few months. The receipt was in hand when she tried to pick it up and still they refused, I was on the phone while she was at the store and still they refused give her the link. I asked to please refund me, and they want to charge a re-stocking fee….. this is why I stopped buying watches from this store…. Their service is the worst ive experiences at any watch store.

  Donald Mungcal, my sales associate, delivered an exceptional experience in every respect. He was transparent and honest about the wait time for the timepiece I was hoping to acquire, simply asking for my patience. True to his word, he promptly followed up the moment it became available. His professionalism, integrity, and attentiveness made the entire process seamless and truly appreciated.
