  I’ve had consistently amazing experiences at Louis Vuitton Boca Raton, thanks to Paulie. Every visit feels personalized and effortless—Paulie is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about providing top-tier service. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, whether I’m browsing or making a purchase. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and care.   I had a good experienced all the time in the Louis Vuitton. Ellen was very nice to me I'm sad she is assigned now at the other branch and too far me. This is the time we're fresh here at boca raton. I wanted the bandeau and the new style of their purse and wants to see but I end up to buy that day my bandeau it's beautiful. And the next week I bought the purse that for how many years I've been looking finally I got the next week. So happy bc Ellen treated me well. Wish she come back.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I walked into the store with my sister while we were looking for a special gift for our mom, and not a single employee greeted us or acknowledged our presence. We felt completely ignored the entire time. For a luxury brand, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the standard I associate with this brand.

  I went in earlier today with my mother and grandma because my grandma was interested in buying another belt. They had both purchased from this store numerous times in the past. In short time, we were approached by a young blonde girl who was a sales associate for the store. She seemed very disinterested in helping us out, and walked away several times to text on her phone. She ultimately walked away while we were still looking, I guess we did not fit the “profile” for the average shopper in the store, but the blatant disrespect and standoffish - especially to my grandmother - is the only reason we did not make a purchase at this store today.
