I went in with intention to immediately buy a beautiful dress I saw on the mannequin in the window display after I fell in love with it and asked to try it on and a rude heavyset oriental girl (didn’t get a name but this is a description… future buyers beware) said I had to wait 30 MINUTES to try on the dress because she was “too busy” and “training an employee”. I had been shopping all day at different stores and never experienced this unprofessional behavior at the other stores I went to. I didn’t like her attitude. I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me anything and frankly she should be strictly disciplined if not let go. This is ridiculous and I am appalled at the customer service… or lack thereof I received. I promised I would give them a bad review and here it is. Buyer beware. Don’t shop here. Shop online. I would be surprised if this location does not close down soon because with that attitude this “sales rep” will surely drive customers away. You lost my business.
