Unfortunately, the restroom conditions did not reflect the overall quality of the mall. The bathrooms were very dirty, and the family restroom was particularly difficult to use due to the large amount of paper on the floor, making it hard to enter especially for children. With the higher number of visitors during the holidays, it would be greatly appreciated if restroom cleaning could be reinforced to ensure a more comfortable experience for families.
