  From the moment I walked into Tiffany’s in Boca, Marina greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel so welcome. She is truly a gem, patient, kind, and so thoughtful as she helped me choose the perfect wedding gift for my wife. Shopping for something so meaningful can feel overwhelming, but Marina made the entire experience joyful and effortless. Her professionalism and genuine care shine through in everything she does, and I left not only with a beautiful gift but also with such gratitude for the experience. If you’re ever shopping at Tiffany’s in Boca, ask for Marina she is an absolute love, and I can’t wait to see her again!

  I’ve been to this location a few times and always leave disappointed, especially compared to my experience at another location. If you’re looking to spend a fortune, great - but if you’re looking to buy something affordable, the staff will not be helpful. The first time I had a gift card for a few hundred dollars. A blonde woman was very rude to me both times I went in looking for something to purchase around the $200-300 mark. She barely wanted to show me anything and was just impatient and not friendly. I finally picked something out myself and found the experience quite awkward. My next experience, I went in for an anniversary wanting to purchase something under $1000. The saleswoman was very nice and offered me water etc but just kept showing me items way above the price range even after I said I want to stay within the budget… she seemed to not know the price of anything (or pretended not to) and could not advise me on what I was looking for. I had to pull out my phone in the store and search by price to come up with any ideas for what to look at… I know there were plenty more items she could have showed me but didn’t, and even when I chose something, she tried to convince me to upgrade it to be more expensive and out of my budget. I ended up just leaving. They don’t seem to realize that every customer should be valued, even if only buying the cheapest item in the store … who knows, if I had a good experience, maybe I would have come back and spent more money another time - but now I’ve confirmed I will not be coming back. Honestly you’re just paying for the name and the blue box. It’s way overpriced, and the staff don’t even make the experience very enjoyable. They are fake nice unless you are spending thousands of dollars. Better go to a local jeweler somewhere else!

  I’m so happy with the customer service at this boutique! I visited a few weeks before making my purchase just to explore different options, and Johnathan was incredibly helpful and kind. His genuine attention made the experience so pleasant and welcoming thank you, Johnathan! The atmosphere at the Boca location is warm and friendly, and it really makes you want to come back. On the day of my purchase, I was assisted by a lovely lady (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name), but she was just as sweet, helpful, and professional. I actually found something I liked at another boutique, but the customer service there was rude and dismissive. That experience only confirmed that Tiffany’s team especially at this location stands out for their excellence in customer care. Thank you so much to the entire Tiffany team for making this such a memorable and special experience. I walked away with not just a beautiful piece, but a keepsake filled with meaningful memories. 💙

  This review is specific to the Tiffany's & Co store in Boca Town Center (South Florida). I grew up staring at the windows of the 727 5th Avenue flagship store (heck, I even once ate a croissant while doing so, a'la Holly Golightly!). My first 'milestone' present was an Elsa Peretti teardrop pendant that I bought from that store (and have since passed down to my niece). So yeah, I'm a fan-gal. But back to the Boca Town Center location. I recently purchased 2 items around the holidays and without going into detail, there ended up being an unusual circumstance. My Salesperson, Svetlana, and the store Manager, Christy, could not have been more helpful. They made a stressful situation much easier, and for that, I'm extremely grateful.
