Extremely rude and unprofessional, she was implying I should go back to the store in Miami to make a return and kept arguing that I shouldn’t have returned my order. Unfortunately I’ve been a customer for this store for a long time but I would never go back again !

He typed my ID in his computer forever , after all he advised that transaction couldnt be done through his terminal and I need to call to customer service .. when I saw my bank details though I found that the payment went through , after that girl ( don’t know name ) interfered into conversation and assured me that it’s pending and after 2-3 days pending transaction will be canceled and money come back .. which ofcourse didn’t happen after more than 2 weeks and I was forced to call to my bank to work it out … never again I come to this losey place … not to mention , both of them were not friendly or helpful even though I was with little baby and asked a lot of questions..
