- MCMarie ChangAug 7, 20251.0This is a mall I shop at very often. I came yesterday in the late afternoon to the Macy’s Sunglass Hut to get a free refill of the glasses cleaning solution I purchased there about a year ago. While I was there, an older man working at the counter (his name tag said Gabriel) was loudly yelling at a young female employee about “having common sense.” I found it extremely rude and unprofessional. Whatever the issue was, it should have been handled calmly and privately. Customers shouldn’t have to witness that kind of behavior in a professional setting. What’s worse is this isn’t the first time I’ve seen him act like this. On a previous visit, he was yelling at another associate—an older woman with ginger hair who had helped me before and was the sweetest. I don’t understand how someone with this type of temper is still working there. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this repeated behavior. It creates a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, she was implying I should go back to the store in Miami to make a return and kept arguing that I shouldn’t have returned my order. Unfortunately I’ve been a customer for this store for a long time but I would never go back again !
