- AZAntonette ZNov 11, 20251.0On February 11, 2025, I purchased two pairs of sunglasses for $633.44, thinking I was getting a good deal on Versace and Jimmy Choo. Fast forward eight months to October, and the Versace pair completely collapsed. I returned to the store seeking a replacement, but of course, the warranty had expired. They offered to order screws to repair the sunglasses. After waiting about a week, I received a call from the store saying I would have to repair the sunglasses myself. I refused, as I had been explicitly told that the store would handle the repair. The right thing to do here would have been to exchange the sunglasses! I guess you really do get what you pay for.

I was stuck having to call my bank and get it justified on their end and it will still take 10 days while investigation happens for me to receive my money back.
