  Great service. They are respectful, offer you water,and don't judge. Even offered my daughter water who doesn't understand store etiquette yet,despite my previous talks before going. They even let me set my bags from other stores in there while I shopped. I was a hot mess as it was hot outside (july)and they ddespite having wild hair still treated me with as much respect as a model. Thats top notch service😆 was treated kindly by the young gentleman who seemed to be an advisor and the young lady who retrieved items from the back for him. My rep was a kind lady from inside saks(she's fast lol) but absolutely go here and work with the associates. You'll be glad they become your advisors. My bag: no defects and still as lovely as I bought it. worn alot and it's only been about 6 mths since I was there! Will be back!
