But, yesterday I was looking for a shoe brand that I wore when I was in my early 20s, when I walked over to the women's shoes department and asked Allan if they have Keds, I was told "we don't carry it in store but we do carry it online so let's check out some of the options we have and we can place a order for you" I was sad knowing they didn't have it in store but then was extremely excited knowing that at least I was given a alternative. The gentleman pulled his phone out instantly found the shoes I was looking for. He even went ahead and allowed me to grab his phone and check out some of the Keds. He stood with me for about 10 minutes and found me the exact pair I was looking for and assisted me with placing an order! I'm glad to say I will be shopping at Nordstrom's again!

They were very calm with this “frantic mom” and now my kid can fly back to Vegas without hassle! True Nordy customer service 😇🙏, We SO appreciate these men…thank you! thank you!

We had a pair of Tory Burch sanders purchased from Nordstroms a few years ago and one of the straps broke. Andre let us know that usually that wouldn’t covered under the warranty/exchange policy but said he was going to make an exception and did a full exchange for us as a loyal customer. Stories like these are what makes a store like Nordstroms an amazing place to shop. Thanks Andre

I was so disappointed because the couple of ladies working in the perfume were chatting around and just acting like the were no customers there. Luckily the nice guy names Sergio showed up he was fast and knowledgeable. There was a couple of people trying to get help and he was helping several people at the same time. I turned to one of the ladies that was just there doing nothing other than talk(blond, long straight hair) amd asked here why nobody was helping Sergio. She just turned to me and said wasn't her department. Is just crazy how people believe they can just go to work and just do the minimum. 5 stars to Sergio and 1 start to the other 2 blondes on the perfume section on 12/19 for doing the barely minimal.
