This store is the best! Very large selection of bigger size shoes! I needed a size 15 and this location did not disappoint! Great customer service as well!

Not sure why I would order and pay online just to wait in the regular line in the store with paying customers. The associates attitude was more like I'd committed a crime than as if I was a paying customer picking up an order. No hello no smile just a bland irritated "there's one line for everything" when I inquired if I was in the right line. I didn't complain I just simply asked. Not sure if asking questions, preordering or existing was the issue but either way the experience was yuck and that's it for me preordering for store pickup from the rack ...at least for now anyway.

I purchased yoga pants from them and they tore within a week. I don't know if it was old merchandise or how that happened. When I brought them back to exchange or at least maybe get the store credit. I didn't have the receipt but I did have credit card statement with purchase and they didn't even offer store credit . I'm not sure I will buy again from them.
