Like 5 minutes later a group walks in and she greeted them as well but she gave them a store tour, story telling and letting them know what’s going on in the store, I wanted to buy a couple of straps for my bags I was very excited because i love this brand, after I heard that she treated me different from the others just because I’m young and the way I look, I just left the store and never coming back to this location, I can’t believe they treat people differently just because they look like they have money or not to spend in the store.

Turns out the summer colors were getting sent back to make room for the fall collection. Martha and Victor were so incredibly kind to find what I was looking for in the many boxes. When I walked into the store they greeted me by name and I felt so welcome. While Victor wrapped up my wallet, Martha showed me the new collection and I ended up finding another bag I needed! These two made my experience just so wonderful, I am so grateful! Will definitely be back!
