  Had trouble purchasing on the website, they were having tech issues so decided to call the store and everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Ended up purchasing from a link they sent and picked up next day in store. Natasha is the best, they are lucky to have her! She is a true professional!

  This store is awful they’re so in a rush to sale you something they’ll lie to you. Apparently you’re not able to return and get your money back! At this store! Simpson says everyone is told this prior to purchasing this is completely false. Who pays several hundred dollars for a bag to not be able to return it you’re told this is Marc Jacobs policy this to is false. When ordering online if you’re unhappy with a purchase you can return 100% per Marc Jacobs true policy. Be careful with these small boutique they make up their own rules and lie for commission. Apparently this individual store makes up their own rules.

  So I stumbled into this store while I was walking past because when I looked in I saw such friendly face welcoming me to come in because I looked curious. This ll friendly face’s name was Adrian. He was so well dressed, put together, well mannered, kind and helpful that I almost ended up leaving with everything in the store lol. I ended up buying a new release called “the sack bag” I’m in love with it. I love wearing it and it’s such a statement piece like he said, when I have to set it down anywhere. It’s not just a bag it’s a moment.
