  I went in earlier today with my mother and grandma because my grandma was interested in buying another belt. They had both purchased from this store numerous times in the past. In short time, we were approached by a young blonde girl who was a sales associate for the store. She seemed very disinterested in helping us out, and walked away several times to text on her phone. She ultimately walked away while we were still looking, I guess we did not fit the “profile” for the average shopper in the store, but the blatant disrespect and standoffish - especially to my grandmother - is the only reason we did not make a purchase at this store today.

  Marcus was absolutely wonderful. He helped us with an existing piece and a new wallet I had purchased as a gift, and he made the entire process feel seamless. Great customer service can feel rare these days, but he truly restored my faith. He went above and beyond to help us, and it really meant so much. For some, pieces like LV—whether we buy them ourselves or receive them as gifts—are forever items that hold meaning. Marcus genuinely understood that.   I am extremely disappointed. I bought a bag for my dad and clearly told the sales associate before payment that I did not want the display/sample item—I wanted a brand-new crossbody bag. The salesperson assured me that a new one would be provided, so I completed the payment. The bag was packaged and I left without opening it. When my dad got home and opened the package, we discovered that the stitching was coming apart and there were loose threads. I spent several thousand on this bag, and this level of quality is unacceptable. Please be aware: if you plan to purchase here, make sure to inspect the item carefully before paying. Otherwise, they may refuse to replace it with a new one and will only offer to stitch it up with a needle.

  Marco, my client advisor, made the welcoming and purchase so fun and exciting. I walked in for a new purse for my wife as a birthday gift - mind you after work and in work attire lol. Didn’t judge on bit. The whole staff checked to be sure I was taken care of as he stepped away for a bit. This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever had and he has earned a client for onward purchases. Thank you Marco !
