Store employee told me they can’t match the price of the same item online because of store policies. Make it make sense. But yet you can do an online order and pick it up in the store. Complete nonsense.

They've made poor staffing decisions, and it's evident in the subpar customer service. I've had two disappointing experiences with the staff, including with a manager who seems to be the root of the problem. Despite numerous negative reviews highlighting the same issues, the company appears to be more interested in retaining this manager than in addressing customer concerns. It seems the company is stuck on repeat, offering the same tired response to every review without ever taking steps to actually fix the problem. As a result, I've decided to stop supporting this brand.

But then Karen came from the back of the Store and noticed that I was lost. She is amazing 😍 she was so friendly and helpful. She was checking on me in the Changing room, give me new sizes. I feel so welcomed. Next time I'm checking if she is there before i go to this store again.
