In December, my father purchased me a Lady Dior bag for my birthday. What no one at Dior bothered to mention is that patent leather is notorious for color transfer, which instantly ruined the bag the very first time I wore it. Had I been informed of this upfront, I would have purchased a different piece altogether.
When I returned to the boutique, instead of receiving the level of professionalism and care one expects from Dior, I was met with dismissiveness. The manager—whose tone was both condescending and unprofessional—actually implied that I didn’t know how to care for my bags, telling me it “needs to be in a dust bag.” With all due respect, I own multiple Hermès Birkins and Chanel bags. I am well aware of how to maintain luxury leather. What I am not willing to accept is being belittled by someone representing a house like Dior. So how am I supposed to wear this bag? In a dust bag all the time?
After weeks of waiting while the bag was shipped to France, nothing was done to resolve the issue. I am now left with a $6,000 stained bag and an experience that falls far below the standards Dior claims to uphold. I expected elegance, professionalism, and solutions—not rudeness, deflection, and a lack of accountability.
This is absolutely not the level of service one associates with Dior, and I can say with certainty I will not be shopping here again.

I had a really lovely experience with Michelle today. She was very warm and attentive and assisted me in getting a piece that I've wanted for a long time! Your energy is needed in this space đź’™
Bad service ! They are not professional to sale in the luxury store ,. They need to be trained how to treat customer. Don’t recommend anyone to come here

I've been shopping at this Dior for a few years now, my sales person is Barbara; She is great but today I needed to buy something and didn’t know she wasn’t there; when I walked in the store there was a man helping a woman and he didn't talk or even me. I was waiting for him because I didn't see the product I always buy on the displays, no words until I had to stand in front of them and waited a couple of minutes until he decided to talk to me and said I'd better go check the products that I want at Sephora.
