The staff only directs their attention to a certain type of customer and if you don’t fit that image you might as well look up another location to drive to and be better assisted. It took them 45 minutes to tell me that they were not doing any jewelry cleanings after they had seen me standing in store waiting. They were not busy at all as only me and one other person was in the store. New staff is needed in this store.
