Returns & Exchanges
To ensure the health and safety of our teams, partners, and clients, our return and exchange policy is updated as follows:
In-store: As Cartier boutiques in the United States and Canada are temporarily closed, in-store returns and exchanges are unavailable.
Online: We are temporarily not accepting returns or exchanges of online purchases made after February 24. If you purchased an item after this date, our standard 30 day return and exchange policy will apply from the date that returns are accepted again.
In the meantime, please hold onto your creation and note that to be eligible for return or exchange, your item:
Must be in perfect condition & unworn;
Cannot be personalized;
Should be returned with the appropriate sales receipt, any accompanying packaging, GIA certificates, etc.

I’ve never been treated worse in a luxury store in my life. My wife bought me a Cartier wedding band from the Boca Raton mall location, but it was too small. When I went in to exchange or resize it, the salesperson was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience the second I walked in.
For a $2,500 wedding band, they refused to take it back or resize it unless I paid another $800, because it looked “worn”. Absolutely ridiculous. I ended up taking the ring to my trusted family jeweler, and they resized it for free, no questions asked.
This store is the definition of terrible customer service. Avoid this location at all costs. If you’re set on Cartier, order from the website—do not waste your time with the Boca Raton store.

I have been working with Marc for the past couple months to find some difficult items to locate due to popularity. Marc came through like a champ. Very easy to work with and very timely as well. I was honestly shocked he was able to deliver. I'm quite certain he and I will be working together in the future. If you're going into the boutique or simply calling in, ask for him and I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you.

I had such a great experience with Marc at this store. He remembered my name from when I bought an item with him last year. He got the new item I wanted & checked me out very quickly, as I was in a rush. He was so professional, courteous, personable and efficient. I will definitely be back to shop with Marc again!

We were shockingly surprised by the lack of attention to detail and service there. You would think a luxury store would provide better service. Target has better service.
