    Everyone is so accommodating and friendly here. I especially adore Lizzy, She always remembers me and my baby and is the only person that can adjust my babies anklet string correctly. Today I came in to return a gift, not expecting to purchase anything.. Of course I did though, but never felt pressured or judged. Good service all around even while wearing old leggings and a sweat sweatshirt.

    Associates were super rude and dismissive. Came in looking to buy a love bracelet and love ring and was told there was a 30 minute wait which was completely fine. The 2 associates gave me attitude for disrupting their conversation with each other and also gave me attitude as if it were expected there would be a wait. I gave my phone number and was told in thirty minutes I would get a text. After two hours of waiting I gave up (still haven’t received a text). Waiting that long for luxury items is appalling. After buying pieces from Cartier I’ve never had a bad experience as such. Will never purchase from the Boca Cartier worst service which is crazy.
