  I came to the store for paint for a bathroom remodel and had previously gone to a different location. However, after stumbling on this store I will be a customer here from now on. First the store is neat, clean and inviting including a coffee bar to sit while you wait for your order. The parking is ample and convenient. Each of the employees are so welcoming and helpful. I asked so many questions and asked for help choosing colors and they were truly sincere and patient. Lucas, Gus and the owner all helped me and equally service oriented. From being greeting at the front door to ensuring my color match was to my satisfaction. Knowing each location is individually owned and operated, I like to support businesses that understand how to put the customer first. Lastly, to exemplify the environment in this store , this is the sign the owner has on his wall “ a bad attitude is like a flat tire, you won’t get very far until you change it!” Well done !

  On 9/13/2025 I asked the sales clerk for 2 gallons of Winter white interior paint and 2 quarts of China white interior paint. He wrote my order down however never handed me to inspect. Simply stated my order which I heard correctly but he wrote down wrong. I returned home and saw the mistake. I then returned to the store not for refund but for the sales clerk to correct the mistake. He stated that I could purchase the correct paint quantities at a discount and refused to accept the fact he made a mistake which we all do. In this case, the sales clerk wanted me to pay for his mistake. I told him I was going to dispute mistake. The sales stated to quote "you are abusing me" Not one time did I swear or threaten him. I asked the sales to clarify how I was abusing him. I do not remember what he said exactly because I was at the door leaving. At this point, I was really angry and told him that customer asking for what they paid for is not abuse. I have purchased paint here in the passed and planned on purchasing more paint when I needed it again. Needless to say I will never return to this store with this kind of customer service. This was such easy fix. The sales clerk could have made gallon and half of the Winter white paint and just given me the 2 extra quarts of the China white paint since it was already in gallon container or just poured out 2 quarts in the gallon the container. So in the end, there would have been only gallon and half of lost paint on their end instead they lost customer. Hopefully they lose more customers that read this. I ended going to different Benjamin Moore paint store. The best part was the different Benjamin Moore paint charged me 12% less than Solimar paint center. For those of you reading this, keep in mind they overcharge and will not own up to their mistakes then claim "abuse" If possible, the review would be ZERO STARS.
