- MMMeri1 day ago1.0Absolutely unacceptable experience. I drove a long distance on a Sunday specifically to shop and update my wardrobe, only to be told that fitting rooms were closed and trying anything on was completely impossible. No warning, no signage, nothing. What made it worse was the extremely rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. Instead of apologizing or offering any solution, they spoke to me in a condescending and hostile manner, as if my request to try on clothes was unreasonable. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is embarrassing and disgraceful. Total waste of time and energy. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.

She made it super easy to find exactly what I needed and gave honest recommendations without ever being pushy. You can tell she really cares about her customers and loves what she does. Ella turned what could’ve been a quick shopping trip into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
