  I am a very satisfied and loyal customer of the Alo store at Boca Town Center Mall, and I truly shop at this location because of the exceptional customer service provided by the Assistant Store Manager, Jadyn. Every time I visit, she greets me with a big, warm smile and makes me feel genuinely welcome. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of Alo’s clothing, from fabrics and fit to what works best for my specific needs. Her recommendations are always thoughtful, honest, and spot-on.She takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and consistently helps me find pieces that I absolutely love. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise truly set this store apart. Outstanding service like hers is the reason I keep coming back. Alo is lucky to have Jadyn! And a shoutout to Jourdan for her excellent customer service!

  This was my second time going there after not having such a pleasant first time. I figure the first time around that perhaps the cashier had a busy day or it’s just not having a good day overall like we all do. This time around I receive another unpleasant customer service experience. The staff including manager are unaware of any of their products and this store is just an epic fail. My advice, put some good music, grab your laptop and shop online. I guarantee you it will be a much better experience than coming here!!!
