Online: We are temporarily not accepting returns or exchanges of online purchases made after February 24. If you purchased an item after this date, our standard 30 day return and exchange policy will apply from the date that returns are accepted again.

When I went in to exchange or resize it, the salesperson was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience the second I walked in. For a $2,500 wedding band, they refused to take it back or resize it unless I paid another $800, because it looked “worn”. Absolutely ridiculous. I ended up taking the ring to my trusted family jeweler, and they resized it for free, no questions asked. This store is the definition of terrible customer service. Avoid this location at all costs. If you’re set on Cartier, order from the website—do not waste your time with the Boca Raton store.
