J.McLaughlin's Boca Grande store is located on Park Avenue next to Temptation Restaurant in the Central shopping district. The cottages and houses along the coast are home to many seasonal residents, most of whom leave at the end of May and return in November or January. As previously mentioned, Boca Grande is a famed wedding destination, known for its original charm. When in town, visit the historical lighthouses and step into Old Florida while driving around the quaint homes, and don't forget to catch a glance at Whidden's Marina. Start the day with a cinnamon bun or a memorable donut from the The Inn Bakery (just behind J.McLaughlin) and take a stroll around the shops. The old Railway Station is in the center of the village and contains some must-try shops and restaurants, too. The most popular restaurant is Temptation, known for its superb fish and amazing wine list. Other great restaurants in the area include The Pink and The Eagle Bar & Grill.
