  Christian and Gia went above and beyond to help me. I appreciated their support and kindness from start to finish. I visited the store multiple times on my trip and they maintained their professional and friendly communication throughout. I will shop exclusively at this location moving forward.

  Very disappointed not with the Associate but with the Managers who charged my account, claimed that the order was never procesessed, and did not have the courtesy to check in on the transaction. I have a $1240.20 Prada charge on my bank account, but no order. Now, there is no number or contact to resolve this matter. This is unacceptable. This is theft.

  First time shopping at a standalone Prada store, much better selection than the Neiman Marcus Prada stores (the one near me no longer had a Prada store). Very well organized and staff very friendly not pushy just there to help. Got one bag which I am very happy with although their nylon gets dirty quick and is hard to clean. Will visit the store again every time I visit the Miami area
