  I came to Bal Harbour about a week ago and visited this Dolce & Gabbana location. I was instantly greeted with a kind smile by Elena. There was also one other gentleman and one other lady who were really kind, but I only spoke a bit with them. I don't recall the names, however. Elena was the one who helped me throughout my time there. I showed her one bag on my phone that I saw on the D&G website and she pulled it out for me right away. She also helped me pick out a card holder for it and was giving me advice that a contrast card holder would look better. There were also a handful of beautiful, embellished wallets. Elena didn't hesitate to pull them ALL out for me so I can take a look at them! She made sure to let me know she doesn't recommend the embellished wallets for everyday use. I think this makes her an honest and ethical person because she isn't trying to sell me something that she knows won't work out for my needs. Most of the time while she was showing me the pieces, I was really fatigued from walking around the shops and was seated, but Elena was so patient with me. She took the time to show me any bags, wallets, belts, etc. She would bring them to where I was seated so I can take a look. She is the best! Thank you so so much, Elena! You're a wonderful human!

  Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. I called the NYC store instead and was taken care of immediately
