  Outstanding service at the Zegna Miami boutique. Jaime was the first to welcome me and immediately made me feel well taken care of, setting the tone for a great experience. Jason then went above and beyond by arranging for the exact shoes I was looking for to be shipped to the boutique so they were ready by the time I arrived. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to service truly reflect the high standards of Zegna. A flawless, premium experience from start to finish.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Zegna store in Bal Harbour. The manager, Natalia, truly went above and beyond. She was able to exchange a pair of shoes I originally bought in Rome, and she also helped me understand what went wrong with them. It wasn’t a manufacturing defect, the issue was actually the wrong size, which explained everything. On top of that, another pair I had purchased from a different reseller had the same problem, and Natalia took care of it as well, arranging the repair without hesitation. Not only was she exceptional, the entire team at the store was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping. They handled everything with care and professionalism, and it really speaks to how they keep clients coming back. Zegna Bal Harbour earned my respect, and definitely my loyalty.
