- DADakota AlvaNov 13, 20255.0I recently. went to this location looking for help for my trunk suitcase that had recently been damaged by the airline. I already had a lot on my plate and the airline was directing me to take numerous steps in order to get any sort of repair. This was the closest Rimowa location to me, but still over an hour long drive. It was %100 worth it as I had the best experience possible, with so much help and kindness. Roland, the store manager specifically made my experience absolutely amazing. Along with his team, Steve and Sergio. I will happily be back to this location for anything in the future! Thank You Roland!!

They (2 gentlemen, I forgot their names) were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Offered us a drink. I had my luggage tag personalized as well. We were done in like 15 minutes. By the way, the repair was free ☺️.
