Made a purchase of 4K, left my Versace glasses case behind and the manager on duty allowed someone else to claim it. My license and bank card were inside of the glasses case. Didn’t receive an apology or any bit of compassion from the client advisor I purchased my purse from or the store manager. They simply stated “we can’t help you” and wouldn’t even let me into the store past the rope. Will never shop here again. Have been trying to contact someone at corporate for the last two days and have had no calls or emails returned. I’ve received better customer service at target!
