I bought my Pumps on 7/22/23 on my first time wearing, I went to a restaurant and set in a boot, after I left the restaurant I got home and found my shoes damaged in the back. I know I haven’t purchased like that, but for Me to wear once and under the table of a restaurant something crazy happens to destroy the back of the shoes like that? I think is a very bad quality for a $1,000 shoes. My husband took the shoes to Dior inside Saks bal harbor, they kept the shoes pretending to help, after 3 days they called us to say that they can’t even repair the shoes. Also I heard the same thing from customer service. I understand they can’t exchange it, but how come your “wonderful Craftsmanship” be so bad like that and you don’t even have a repair service to offer to repair your goods?This is not luxury.. this is not a great service or experience. Btw was 2 pairs. And I’m returning the other one
