  Terrible service and terrible products specially sunglasses. My fourth pair of sunglasses and they’re telling me that they cannot repair because the parts no longer exist. I asked for a credit towards new glasses. They said no I need a receipt. This is ridiculous. I purchased his glasses in London less than two years old no scratches. They look brand new besides the side plastic that’s peeling off. Terrible never purchasing sunglasses again from Chanel horrible product do not recommend. And I will be returning all of the pairs.

  I came to this store today to repair my Chanel earring. I was told it couldn’t be repaired because it is a single earring and I would have to bring another one of a pair to have the repair be done. Chanel literally sells single earrings on their website which the associate denied. After talking to the Customer Care advisor I was told Chanel no longer solders earrings and that’s what I should have been told instead. That was fine with me and I would not have been as upset as this experience made me. I was told I could do the repair here by a Chanel Customer Care advisor and drove over 1 hour to come to the store only to be turned away. Disappointing experience.
