- MAmarielsa amighettiMay 12, 20181.0They sold me a brand new watch , it came damage they said they’ll fix it after a month waiting for them to fix the watch I got it back, they didn’t fix it well and again the only answer they give me are apologies and nothing they can do, just leave the watch to try to fix it again! To sell they have a really good costumer services but to take responsibilities about there defect products they sell they are just perfect on finding excuses “ of course they answer is that never happened before” nothing they can do” just leave the watch and we’ll try to fix it. Serious brand would have gave a new watch under warranty or maybe is not the brand just the store... Really bad experience
