  I wanted to give a shout out to Melisa that helped me at Bucherer. I went in around August in the hopes of purchasing my first Rolex. Obviously it’s impossible to get one, unless you’re a previous buyer or know someone. Melisa greeted me, showed me around talked about all things Rolex as I’m a little of a geek about lol. She took my info, put me on a list. And I was lucky to be able to get call that the watch I dearly wanted to mark a milestone in my career. Was available a week before my birthday. I was speechless, thrilled and extremely grateful. I didn’t hesitate to go and purchase it at Bucherer. Melisa has great customer service, knowledgeable on all watches and overall a great person. I want to thank Melisa for reaching out and remembering me, also Bucherer 1888 for a memorable experience and birthday. Thank you, thank you. Ill definitely go back and do it all over again. Ask for her, Melisa got you!

  Where can I start. This entire visit to Bucherer has been so magical and special to me. A special thank you to Pily who did a wonderful job at understanding what were my needs and executed it by being able to get me the most elegant mint green dial datejust Rolex. This location has made me feel more than just a client, I felt like family. They’ve earned my loyalty from the moment I walked in, by being a location that is so selfless, and helped answer so many questions as I am new to the Miami area. I recommend this location for any purchase. They value every conversation and give you a feel like you’re at home. I was hoping I could give it more stars, but I’ve maxed it out. Thank you to the entire Rolex/ Bucherer team especially Pily , I’m excited to get my next call for my first ever GMT II Warm regards Jamal

  I had an excellent experience at Bucherer 1888 in Bal Harbour, thanks to Liz, the Rolex AD representative. She was awesome—accommodated me on short notice with no appointment and treated me with genuine respect and attention. Liz took the time to really listen to what type of watch I was looking for and why. She wasn’t dismissive or rushed—just genuinely interested in understanding my preferences. She made thoughtful suggestions and set realistic expectations, which I truly appreciated. Even after my visit, Liz followed up to check in, which shows her professionalism and genuine care for clients. Rolex is a proud brand, and Liz absolutely embodies the qualities that make the brand special—class, attentiveness, and authenticity.
