  Says they're open until 9. Tried to walk in at 8:45 to buy shoes and they wouldn't let me in the door. I guess you make too much money.

The boutique is immaculately curated, with strong representation of classic handbags and seasonal ready-to-wear. Staff are attentive without being overbearing, and the client experience feels intentional and polished. Inventory tends to move quickly, but the associates are knowledgeable and transparent about availability. Overall, a consistent flagship-level Chanel experience.

  Never coming to this location again. Came home and the security tag was still on the bag when I was teyina to do an unboxing I was about to try to cut it off myself and then realized it would release ink on the white bag. They told me to comeback tomorrow to remove it. Yes of course I have nothing better to do but to waste my time and the customer service was horrible. Not sure what made me waste my money in the first place after being treated poorly

  It was a great experience, especially since the specific style and design I wanted was out of stock. However, Margot and her manager made it possible for me to get one from the back—the Chanel 25 Mini. Since it is in very high demand and usually requires a reservation, I really appreciated their effort. I mentioned that I was just visiting Miami from Colorado and that I personally love shopping here, so she spoke with her manager to see if there was anything they could do. In the end, they were able to get exactly what I was looking for. The entire process was fun—Margot was celebrating with me, and she also served and offered drinks, including champagne and earlierwhile we were waiting outside in line since I didn’t have an appointment and was just hoping they would accept walk-ins. It’s really nice to have a go-to sales associate who is kind, friendly, and accommodating, so I will definitely come back on my next visit to Miami, Florida!

  Terrible service and terrible products specially sunglasses. My fourth pair of sunglasses and they’re telling me that they cannot repair because the parts no longer exist. I asked for a credit towards new glasses. They said no I need a receipt. This is ridiculous. I purchased his glasses in London less than two years old no scratches. They look brand new besides the side plastic that’s peeling off. Terrible never purchasing sunglasses again from Chanel horrible product do not recommend. And I will be returning all of the pairs.
