  EXCELLENT. I had one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences. Andrew was awesome, as was the store manager, both were warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable, patient, and real. If you’re looking for timepieces, definitely visit the Bal Harbor Bucherer first.

  I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful our recent experience was at the Bucherer Bal Harbor with Liz. As a business owner, I truly value professionalism, strong communication, and a welcoming environment. From start to finish, the level of communication and professionalism we experienced was exceptional. What stood out even more was how warmly our children were welcomed while we were there. Even after leaving the store, the communication continued in the following days, and we were incredibly surprised and grateful to receive a thoughtful gift shipped to our home in Tennessee. That level of follow-through and care is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you again Liz for such an outstanding experience.

  I wanted to give a shout out to Melisa that helped me at Bucherer. I went in around August in the hopes of purchasing my first Rolex. Obviously it’s impossible to get one, unless you’re a previous buyer or know someone. Melisa greeted me, showed me around talked about all things Rolex as I’m a little of a geek about lol. She took my info, put me on a list. And I was lucky to be able to get call that the watch I dearly wanted to mark a milestone in my career. Was available a week before my birthday. I was speechless, thrilled and extremely grateful. I didn’t hesitate to go and purchase it at Bucherer. Melisa has great customer service, knowledgeable on all watches and overall a great person. I want to thank Melisa for reaching out and remembering me, also Bucherer 1888 for a memorable experience and birthday. Thank you, thank you. Ill definitely go back and do it all over again. Ask for her, Melisa got you!
