  Angie made sure we had such a great experience purchasing two Bark Jacobs totes and a pair of sneakers. We were very indecisive at first and had a lot of questions but Angie made sure all of our questions were answered and even helped us get our purchases earlier than anticipated. Will definitely go back and request her assistance.

  So I came back to return an item I purchased a week earlier. I changed my mind because I just couldn’t fit my laptop in this bag, and every time I tried to put it in and take it out it was quite a hassle. Anyway, I brought back the bag with all the tags unused, and then a salesperson tells me he can’t accept the return because I don’t have a dust bag. Like literally, this is insane. It feels like they’re just looking for a perfect excuse not to accept a return. Who even cares about a stupid dust bag? It’s like saying, “I can’t take you because you showed up one minute late to an appointment.” Now I understand why people sell those dust bags on eBay. I’m not even sure I ever even had this dust bag, because I kept everything in the same bag they gave me when I purchased the item. This is absolutely ridiculous, insane, and not acceptable for a brand that is trying to position itself as upper class and luxury. This is a shenanigan.

  I purchased a bag on February 4. I took it home to see how it would fit all my things to find out that it didn’t fit all of my things. I, later on, came back the next day to return the bag to which I was told I could not return it and can only exchange it. Not once was I told that I could not return an item and this has been my second purchase. I’ve bought things on the website online and I’ve never had an issue with returning my item. The person that helped me did not even trying to understand the situation and give me my money back. Overall, my experience with Marc Jacobs was horrible and I will never be shopping there again. What I can’t wrap my head around is how every designer brand that I’ve ever shopped at has been able to do returns but MARC JACOBS can’t. Very disappointed
