  I called to ask about a repair and she told me the service would be free so I drove the 1 hour and 30 min. When I arrived to the store they let me know it would be $60 dollars. Thanks for nothing!

  I purchased a bag today from this store and the sales associate that helped me, Sanae, was amazing! Super helpful when picking which color and design, it was an incredible shopping experience thanks to her!

  I made it a point to visit the Longchamp store at Aventura mall since I was in town for business and we don’t have a Lomgchamp store in San Diego where I’m from. The SA, Liliana was so helpful and sweet. She was patient with me while I looked at all the options and she even wrapped the Twilly on my purse perfectly. I would be happy to return on my next visit to Miami.
