- IGIsabella GiraldoDec 26, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. due to the behavior of an employee named Elizabeth. When we showed interest in Tiffany silver items, she made comments that strongly implied what we were purchasing wasn’t “luxurious enough” and suggested that silver pieces weren’t what Tiffany’s wants to focus on. The way this was communicated felt judgmental and condescending, as if we were being looked down on for not purchasing higher-priced items. The overall impression was that we were being treated as though we didn’t belong in the store or couldn’t afford “real” Tiffany products. Tiffany & Co. is a luxury brand, but that should never translate into making customers feel embarrassed or unwelcome, especially when they are interested in genuine Tiffany merchandise. This experience left a very negative impression, and it’s unfortunate because it reflects poorly on a brand that prides itself on elegance and customer service.

My salesperson, Olivia, informed me that they were in the process of removing silver from displays. But, she then proceeded to help me find something for my goddaughter. She was super helpful and very friendly. A great experience as usual!
