I was not even allowed to enter the store when I wanted to drop off rings for cleaning! It’s ridiculous! I might have shopped for something while I was waiting for someone inside. Never again I or my husband will be buying anything in this store.

My double mini heart pendant broke (twice). When I got it repaired, they gave me the wrong chain length. It was very long compared to the original. It was very disheartening. I’m going back and hoping they give me the correct length this time.

I purchased a bracelet from Tiffany & Co. that snapped off within one day of normal wear and was lost as a result. There was no impact, snagging, or misuse. For a luxury brand known for craftsmanship, this was extremely disappointing.
When I contacted client services, I was given the run around, never received any calls or follow up, and had to have a case opened several times. I was randomly denied a replacement despite the clear likelihood of a manufacturing defect and after being told several times that I would received a replacement. The response felt dismissive and inconsistent with the brand’s reputation for standing behind its products. It is abundantly clear that this bracelet had a latent manufacturing defect and the store and brand has refused to take accountability or deliver on its typical best in class customer care and service philosophy.
I expected better quality control and, more importantly, better customer care from a brand at this level. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases from this brand.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. due to the behavior of an employee named Elizabeth. When we showed interest in Tiffany silver items, she made comments that strongly implied what we were purchasing wasn’t “luxurious enough” and suggested that silver pieces weren’t what Tiffany’s wants to focus on.
The way this was communicated felt judgmental and condescending, as if we were being looked down on for not purchasing higher-priced items. The overall impression was that we were being treated as though we didn’t belong in the store or couldn’t afford “real” Tiffany products.
Tiffany & Co. is a luxury brand, but that should never translate into making customers feel embarrassed or unwelcome, especially when they are interested in genuine Tiffany merchandise. This experience left a very negative impression, and it’s unfortunate because it reflects poorly on a brand that prides itself on elegance and customer service.
