- 333nsckOct 24, 20251.0Absolutely Terrible Service. I bought a pair of Ray-Bans here, and the right temple broke after only a week. When I went back to the store, the employee was incredibly unhelpful and rude. He flat out said he wouldn't do anything to help and told us to leave the store! We immediately asked to speak to the manager, who thankfully stepped in, took the sunglasses, and processed the return/exchange. The initial service was so shockingly poor and dismissive. If I could give 0 stars for the first employee's attitude, I would. This was an unbelievable customer service experience. Avoid this store unless you want a fight just to get basic help.
