  Я посетил магазин Ray-Ban и обратился за помощью с очками Meta. К сожалению, сотрудник Oskar, вместо того чтобы помочь, создавал впечатление, что не заинтересован в поддержке и общался достаточно категорично. Мне показалось, что взаимодействие с клиентом могло быть более внимательным и дружелюбным. Надеюсь, магазин учтёт это для улучшения обслуживания.

  I had an appointment scheduled to get prescription lenses for my Meta glasses, but the associate rudely informed me that they didn’t offer that service. It was completely unacceptable customer service. I ended up walking around the mall and found LensCrafters, who did provide the service. I’m puzzled why their website lists appointments for this location when they don’t actually offer that service.

  12/19 I placed an order on the Ray-Ban website for pickup in the Aventura mall. The website said it was in-stock ready for pickup. I arrived on 12/20/2025 to pickup the order. I showed them the confirmation e-mail and employees informed me they did not have the order and could not do anything. They had the SAME sunglasses IN-STOCK, but I had to REPURCHASE them in store and that I could call the customer service line and cancel the original order. I called the same day and opted for a call-back on from the customer service line - never received. 12/29, I called the customer service line again and spent 45 minutes on the phone with the agent telling me again, they could not not do anything - can't even call their own store to verify. I waited for a manager - could not speak to one. I finally decided to call the store. I called NINE (9) TIMES - no answer. Voicemail is FULL. I called the customer service line back again to inform them of this. Again, nothing they can do besides email me this link and the manager REFUSES TO TAKE MY CALL. Store is an hour away and a pain to get to, otherwise I would have gone down there. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. Last pair of Ray-Bans I will ever buy.

  Josue helped me today and his service was impeccable! He helped me find a model of the glasses I lost and also showed me a new pair i felt in love with. Congrats, well done job with customer service

  I’m extremely disappointed with the Ray-Ban store at Aventura Mall. Today, November 30th, I visited the store intending to purchase the new Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses — a premium product from a brand known worldwide for quality and innovation. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was shockingly bad. The sales associates working in this location are rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. They show no interest in helping customers, no product knowledge, no courtesy, and absolutely no respect. Their attitude is dismissive and unpleasant, as if customers are a burden. In a high-end store like Ray-Ban, this level of service is unacceptable. It’s surprising and disappointing that a prestigious brand allows such unqualified and disrespectful staff to represent them. I walked in ready to buy, and instead I left frustrated and shocked by how poorly customers are treated. If Ray-Ban cares about its reputation, they need to seriously retrain or replace the team working at this location. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone.
