- ACA CZ5 days ago2.0The store offers a great selection. However, I had a terrible experience at the Chanel make up and cosmetics. I wanted to try a new Chanel foundation and I asked the sales representative for a sample of 2 different colors. She gave me strange looks when I asked her and handed me one empty sample container wrapped in a tissue, which I only noticed when I got home and opened it. I would expect to have a better treatment from a brand like Chanel. Very disappointing experience.

Even though my purchase was online, she kindly helped me wrap the perfume as a gift and made the whole experience so special. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and professional. Customer service like this is rare — Alma truly went above and beyond. She is the best! Thank you for making the experience so wonderful.

Nordstrom is very nice, staff extremely helpful and well trained. Kara is the best, she found a couple of dresses for my wife after talking to her about what she likes and dislikes. No pressure and she was excellent.

I’ve noticed that most department stores, even in south Florida have drastically declined over the years. This is particularly true with menswear. This store, however, has a vast selection for men and the designer section in particular carries the hard to find brands. Worth a stop if you’re in Aventura mall.
