We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- KAkesem amarNov 5, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Lululemon in Aventura Mall. The store manager and one of the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful during my visit. I was spoken to in a dismissive and condescending way, and the tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and singled out. I came into the store expecting helpful service, but instead left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. As a loyal Lululemon customer, this was shocking and very upsetting. No customer should feel treated differently or judged when they walk into a store. I truly hope management takes this seriously and focuses on improving professionalism, kindness, and inclusion in this location.

You get the feeling they get off on treating customers like trash and judging by past reviews they absolutely get away with it. If you've had the misfortune of having a bad shopping experience here, don't even bother complaining to the manager as she's part of the problem. What happened to Lulu lemon? They used to be all about positivity and hired friendly staff. Sad.
