    Absolute horrendous experience at this store. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at this store, followed me and stood close by while I was looking at merchandise as if I was going to steal it. My brother hated it so much he left before I did. Really was interested in some of their wallets but will absolutely never go here again! Extremely offensive and disgusting!

    My husband and I recently purchased a Love ring from Cartier, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase, the ring had to be ordered since my size in yellow gold was not available in store. It was also sent out for engraving. When we returned yesterday to pick up the ring, we were assisted by a different sales representative (not the one who originally sold us the ring). She only offered a pouch for the ring. I requested the Cartier box and shopping bag, and she told me that the original sales associate should have already provided them — therefore, she could only give me a pouch. This made absolutely no sense, as I had not even received the ring until that moment. How would I have received a Cartier box and bag without the ring? After explaining this to Marci, she went to speak with the manager and eventually provided the box and bag — but then no pouch. To make matters worse, I was not given the certificate of authenticity. I texted the original sales associate this morning regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response. This entire experience has been very disappointing. Cartier is a luxury brand with a reputation for excellence, and the level of customer service we received did not reflect that standard at all. When purchasing fine jewelry — especially an iconic piece like a Love ring — the service should feel seamless, professional, and celebratory. Sadly, that was not our experience. I truly hope Cartier addresses these inconsistencies in customer care, as the brand deserves better representation than what we encountered.

    When a luxury jewelry store has a 3.8 rating, it says a lot. Awful experience (well, wouldn’t call it an experience, 5 mins in and out). Why is it always the 9-5 sales employee that pretty much can’t afford anything in the store they work for (not trying to be disrespectful here but, painful truth), looks at you above the shoulder giving a certain look. It always will amaze me. Asked for a particular timepiece, a rose gold Tank Louis watch, all I got was a “no, we don’t have it”. That’s it. A stare in the eye almost saying ‘what else do you want? You are dismissed’. No offer to special order, maybe showing me something similar, I don’t know, some sort of customer service at the very least. Thank you Cartier Aventura, good job.

    Horrible experience. Luis de los santos was dismissive and short with my fiancee and I when we attempted to exchange my valentines day gift. Cufflinks she bought were on display. She did not check them carefully when purchased and had a tiny scratch on one. She was neither given a receipt for her purchase. When we came tonight to exchange them we were quickly rushed to the corner no one introduced themselves they denied the return and offered no recourse whatsoever. The manager wouldn't give his name but a bar code. We're attempting to resolve the issue via corporate and reading other reviews from the store it seems they have a problem. So if you dare to purchase there carefully inspect whatever you buy and do not expect any courtesy or professionalism from staff whatsoever. Youre just a number to them.

    Today, on Valentine’s Day, I wanted to surprise my husband by buying him a Cartier watch. We went to the Cartier store at Aventura Mall, but the security guard would not allow us to enter, even though the store was not full — there were fewer than ten people inside. We waited patiently for about 20 minutes while customers continued to leave the store. I eventually knocked on the door to ask why we still couldn’t come in, and the guard simply told us we had to keep waiting. At that point, I felt so frustrated and decided to leave.
