  They were extremely helpful with finding the watch I have been looking for since I got off a cruise a year ago. Levon found the exact watch and was so knowledgeable about all the Breitling collections.

  ⭐ 1/5 Review I visited the Breitling Boutique Aventura Mall because I was ready to buy a Superocean. I asked a very simple question: why is the same watch $1,000–$2,000 cheaper in Switzerland than in the U.S.? The sales associate didn’t know and called the manager, Michelle. Her explanation was that another store sells an older model while this boutique sells a newer series. When I showed her a photo from a Swiss Breitling store where the exact same watch was still significantly cheaper, she avoided the question and said something shocking: “You probably don’t understand me because your English is not very good.” For context, I am a medical doctor who has worked internationally for years, and nobody has ever told me I have a language barrier. Hearing that in a luxury boutique was extremely disrespectful. There is another interesting lesson here. When I shop for luxury items, I intentionally dress very simply — a basic T-shirt, nothing flashy. I like to see how people treat you when they assume you are not a buyer. The difference is fascinating. Walk into a store wearing a Rolex, Porsche keys and designer clothes — instant respect. Walk in wearing a $20 T-shirt — suddenly the attitude changes. Luxury salespeople should remember one important rule: Many millionaires dress very simply. I actually came to the store ready to buy the watch. After this interaction, I decided I will never become a Breitling customer. Luxury is not only about the product. It is about respect and service. Unfortunately, this boutique failed at both.

  Exceptional customer service from Michelle, the manager, from whom we have purchased several Breitling watches in the past five years. No pressure sales, extremely knowledgeable about Breitling timepieces/ collections/ mechanics and watches in general, Michelle is truly an asset to this location and to the company in general. The store itself is located in the Adventura Mall and showcases their collection of incredible watches. I am so in love with my new watch!!!
