Very disappointing — I don’t recommend this place. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I went to return a shirt that still had its tags on because I didn’t like it, and I had never worn it. I explained this clearly, but the man started doubting my word, which made me very upset. My wife had to speak with him afterward. At first, he pushes you to buy the clothes, and then he treats you disrespectfully. I definitely do not recommend his service.

I called to make a purchase and I lost track of all the things that they did wrong: 1) On my first call a man said, not very politely, that he was too busy to help me, to call back. 2) On my second call a man call Steve was very unpolite during the entire long conversation. His rudeness was something out of this world. Also he showed very low intelligence and no common sense. At a point he handed the phone to a lady, then the lady transferred me again to Steve. Both showed zero interest in helping me and no interest in closing the sale for the company. If by any chance they record this calls I recommend HR to listen to the call I made today around 1:10 PM.
