I am extremely dissatisfied options provided at the Aventura Mall location today. I visited the store to exchange a birthday gift and place an order for a turtleneck I had seen online. However, the salesperson informed me that they are unable to place online orders on behalf of customers.
I then looked for alternative items in the store to exchange, but several pieces I liked were unavailable in my size. I understand that stock can be limited due to the current promotion. That said, when I requested a store credit so I could place the order online myself, I was told this was not possible because the original purchase was partially paid in cash.
This left me with no real options. I was effectively pushed to purchase something in-store that I did not like, despite the brand offering a wide selection of items online. As a customer, this is incredibly frustrating.
While I understand company policies, the lack of flexibility and support in this situation resulted in a very disappointing experience. I am now left with a store credit for a location that has extremely limited inventory, while many beautiful and suitable pieces are readily available online.

Today I had the worst experience at the Armani Exchange store in Aventura Mall. The manager, Benito, refused to exchange a pair of jeans I bought 15 days ago that came with a broken zipper. He told me that in order to exchange it, I would have to pay the difference because I originally bought it at a discount.
I told him that, unfortunately, I wasn’t going to pay any difference because the jeans should have been in perfect working condition in the first place, and if they were defective, they should simply replace them without extra cost. He flat-out refused, saying that because they were purchased at a discount and that discount no longer applied, I had to cover the difference.
I responded that it’s the store’s responsibility to take care of its customers and that a defective product should be replaced without any extra charge, regardless of the original discount. I left the store extremely upset and told them I would never return, because a place that doesn’t respect its clients or guarantee their products isn’t worth my business.

Excelente atención y muy buenas promociones.
Prefer buying online there is a very rude personnel inside the store. Never ever going there.
