  I had some free time while my misses was at another store in the Aventura Mall so I took a detour to the Rolex store. After a short wait outside I was able to connect with Roxana who helped me sign up for a Rolex timepiece. Roxana was stunningly beautiful and so very kind! She even let me try on the highly sought after dream watch of mine, the Land-Dweller! She was in no rush, and even a new Rolex client like myself she treated me like royalty! I am very excited to get the opportunity to own a trophy Rolex and I have no doubt I will be back there soon and expand my collection of Rolex timepieces as a stamp of success and cherished moments of time. Thank you again!

  I visited this location to inquire about Rolex availability. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sales associate — an older gentleman in a suit — came across as dismissive and asked unwelcoming. There was a noticeable sense of arrogance, and I felt looked down upon rather than treated as a potential customer. No genuine effort was made to assist me, explain availability, or even engage in a basic professional manner. For a luxury brand, customer service should match the level of the products.
