  I went there yesterday to purchase my first Cartier watch for upcoming Mother’s Day! In my mind I thought I was going to get the attention I’ve seen some other customers post and get. But no, I was only offered water and coffee and that was it. No box of chocolates, no sweets, no amazing treats, no samples of perfumes… I mean NOTHING. I had called the store 2 hours before to make sure the watch I wanted was available and told them I was on my way and even… they didn’t prepare nothing. Makes me want to return the watch and do it all over again. Sad. Anyways… next purchase will just be at Rolex. Never again at Cartier. SA named Erika, she wasn’t even there. Awful experience. The other staff standing around all looked so stuck up to themselves.

  Everyone treated equally... My daughter and I were recently in Florida and decided to walk through the Aventura mall when when my daughter first saw Cartier. We approached the salesman waiting at the front of the store and he looked at each of us, welcomed us to Cartier, then asked how he could help us. My daughter began by describing the ring she wanted. The salesman's product knowledge enabled him to know immediately what my daughter wanted and guided us towards the display case. From that moment, the salesman worked with my daughter directly only interacted with me if i asked a question. This was absolutely awesome customer service and this alone would get you 5 stars! My daughter saw another ring she liked and the salesman brought both out of the case for my daughter to look at and try on. He was super patient with my daughter while she struggled with her purchase decision between 2 gorgeous rings, he explained the benefits of buying from Cartier (free cleanings, how the name Cartier is the best in the business guaranteeing strong resale value IF she ever chose to sell it, certificates of authenticity, serial number, registration, how gold is an investment for the future, and even a comment about how recognizable the red box is, etc). When we said we were from the Detroit area he specifically mentioned the location at Somerset Mall in Troy, MI and that they would also be available to provide support for whatever the ring needed. I was truly impressed that he knew both the name of the mall and the city that was local to our home 1400 miles away! Eventually my daughter decided on the ring she originally came in for and the sale was made. This wasn't a major sale for Cartier, but it was a big purchase for my daughter and you treated her with the respect and professionalism that not all younger adults are given at other stores. This location did everything right and I can't thank you enough for the experience you provided! She loves the ring! I hope to be able to update this with the salesman's name so can get the recognition he both earned and deserves. EDIT: Shout out to James, the salesman who helped us! Thank you so much, this 5star review is every bit yours as it is Cartier's!

  I had an incredible experience at Cartier thanks to Brandon Weston. As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Brandon made the entire process seamless, welcoming, and truly memorable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained everything with patience and expertise, and made me feel completely confident in my purchase. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what he does really stood out. What could have been an intimidating experience turned into something exciting and special. If you’re visiting Cartier, I highly recommend asking for Brandon—he elevates the entire experience. Looking forward to working with him again!

  My experience at the Cartier store in Aventura Mall has been far below what you would expect from a luxury brand. While there are a few kind and professional employees, the majority come across as disengaged and indifferent, which makes the overall customer service feel unacceptable for a store of this caliber. During my visit to have my watch repaired, I found myself walking around the store trying to locate someone who could assist me, which is something that should never happen in a high-end retail environment. Even when I did find help, it was difficult to get a clear or direct answer. I understand that dealing with window shoppers all day can be frustrating, but that is part of the job, and it should not come at the expense of basic professionalism. I do want to recognize that Cason Carey was excellent. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a noticeable difference in my experience. Unfortunately, that level of service felt like the exception rather than the standard. To make matters worse, the representative who answered my phone call was rude and came across as outright hostile. That interaction only reinforced my impression of the store. It’s especially disappointing considering that other Cartier locations in Miami consistently provide a much higher level of service. This location feels like a significant step down and does not reflect the standards associated with the Cartier name.
