  I don’t usually leave reviews but could not pass on the opportunity to let you know what a great asset you have with Alejandra. She always has a smile on her and the willingness to help you choose something for yourself or for a gift. She wants to make sure that you leave the store satisfied and eager to come back I always ask for her to assist me.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Alo Yoga store in Aventura Mall. While my friends and I were in the fitting room, we overheard an employee speaking negatively about us and commenting on our appearance. Specifically, she made remarks about our age and facial features in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a retail environment. Customers should feel comfortable and respected, not judged or discussed behind their backs. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation, as it really affected our experience and perception of the brand.

  Leí todas las opiniones sobre este lugar y eran muy malas. En mi experiencia me fue muy bien me ayudaron con un pedido online y hablaron en español. Una parte de mi Pedido no estaba pero no es culpa de ellos es de e-Commerce

  Terrible attention from the employees, I was on Saturday and asked for help and no one could help me they told me that they did not have what I was looking for, in the fitting room also the attention was rude, if it were not for an older lady who was very kind to me who works there I would not have been able to find what I needed because those guys really don't want to work! Very disappointing
